Nusic: The Peoples Podcast 2022
The Peoples Podcast provided an excellent opportunity to get creative with voice processing and audio storytelling. The episode features several voice clips from artists giving predictions on who they believe will go big this year in the Nottingham music scene. I decided early on I wanted the voice clips to be in a voicemail format almost like an anonymous hotline where artists leave their predictions for 2022. The voice clips were recorded on different setups, with different microphones meaning it was challenging to match the tone of the clips even with the creative telepohone processing i appled.
The show also features some creative links utilising the presenter vocal and the voice notes to blend the show together as a cohesive story as much as possible. Thanks as ever to Nusic for trusting me with your content.
